The owner´s got a big mouth. He made me feel unconfortable. The staff who did the haircut did a shit job. The place looks nice, but the staff is undertrained and the owner is obnoxious
What an awful experience....First time that I've entered this place, it looks really fancy. Then a person who I think was the owner, a really rude and condescending man posted in the entrance like Guarda, looking at me from head to toe, asking me where I was from and to take my hat off, again in really rude manner. When it was my turn to get the haircut, he told me to "move" and said that I was "lucky" to be accepted on his place (like I was a pariah) and started showing off about the number of customers he usually gets, leaving me more ill at ease as I've ever been...
Never in my life I've treated that way!
Bearing in mind that the salon was empty that day, it should have already been a sign that this place was shit.
Anyway, I left the place straight away with no words, went to Karizma on the same street, really nice persons, doing a great job and for cheaper!!
To the dear "gentlemen":
You are an absolute joke!
I think you would need to take some lessons about customer service and how to treat human beings that keeps your business going.
Keep dealing with your customers that way and you'll have nothing anymore to show off about.
I did get a good haircut there once so I went back Very bad owner. I drove two hours, paid for parking and as I walked in he said he and his staff must go on lunch. One could easily stay and do lunch at another time.
I walked away and will never go back.
