Dear Sir, On 16 October 2017 Hurricane Ophelia damaged and knocked down Eir phone poles at my property in West Cork; Address: Scullane Bay, Coast Road, Ballycahaine, Castletownshend/Skibbereen, Co Cork. As a result, Eir directed an Eir repair crew from County Donegal to oversee and repair the above stated damages. Employee Mr. Lynch was directed by Eir to supervise his crew and to repair and replace these damaged Eir phone poles. In so doing, Eir's employees and/or supervisor damaged my concrete entrance wall. I have hired a contractor who has provided me with a repair estimate in the amount of EU 733.00. I, Maryanne J.
